First and foremost, thank you for visiting our site and considering us for your upcoming job.

T&T Construction of Iowa, Inc. isn't the biggest exterior contractor in the area, and we don't want to be. You won't see us on TV. We don't have a fleet of fancy trucks with our logo smeared all over them. We don't have salespeople that will promise anything to get your business that you won't see again until the job is done and they come back for the check. We don't have a big fancy office with a bunch of secretaries hanging around to help us count how much money we are making. Would you want to pay for all those things? 

We're a small local company that is dedicated three things. Quality, Service and Value. We use only top quality materials because we don't want to have to come back later because a cheap product with a higher profit margin failed. It's tough to get better service anywhere else when you deal with the guy that owns the company. I don't have salesmen (or project managers, as they like to call themselves quite often in this industry) I know what you were told, or promised, because I said it. I'm on every job because I'm an anal micromanager. I've done everything my guys do so I know how hard, or easy in some cases, it is. I'm fortunate to have some of the best trained and most experienced guys in the business and I pay them accordingly. Because my overhead is ridiculously low, I'm easily able to offer almost unbelievable value. 

I'm a trained insurance adjuster and have dealt with countless adjusters from almost any carrier you can think of over the years, so if you have an insurance claim there's a pretty good chance I'll be able to handle it for you. I know how to talk to adjusters. 

We've roofed everything from 500 square hotels (in 3 days), condominiums, apartments, 80 square homes to 15 square homes, garages and garden sheds, doghouses and even a tree house.

My roofing boys are trained, experienced and certified in GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning Shingles (My personal preference is Owens Corning Duration Laminates), TPO, EPDM (Rubber) Carlisle & Mule-Hide, and not certified (because it's not offered) and trained with plenty of experience in Decra and Metro Stone-Coated Metal Shingles and DaVinci Polymer Shingles. Wood shakes and shingles as well.

We offer all shapes, sizes and brands of vinyl Siding including soffit and fascia. We also have extensive experience with James Hardie fiber cement and LP Smartside manufactured wood siding. (My personal preference between these two is the Hardie)

My gutter guys have done hundreds of thousands of feet of 5 and 6" seamless gutters and downspouts over the years. They've been working with me since '08.
